By accessing this website or booking a driving lesson with All Ages Affordable Driving School, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Orange County driving instruction services are operated by Ace Behind the Wheel LLC, an independent contractor under the All Ages Affordable Driving School license. This location is independently owned and operated.

1. WHO WE ARE

All Ages Affordable Driving School provides DMV-licensed behind-the-wheel driving instruction, DMV test vehicle rental, online driver education, and online traffic school services in Orange County, California. Instruction services are provided by Ace Behind the Wheel LLC under the All Ages Affordable Driving School license. This location is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any other All Ages Affordable Driving School location.

2. ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Students must be at least 15½ years old with a valid CA Instruction Permit to enroll. • All students must sign the Enrollment & Liability Agreement before their first lesson. No exceptions. • All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete. • A valid California Instruction Permit or Driver License must be presented at every lesson. Arriving without it is treated as a no-show and the lesson fee is forfeited.

3. PAYMENT

• Payment is due in full before the first lesson. • All Orange County payments are processed by Ace Behind the Wheel LLC. This name will appear on your payment statement. This is correct and expected. • We do not charge for booking appointments. • All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.

4. LESSON PACKAGES

• All packages must be used within 1 year (12 months) of the purchase date. • Unused lessons after 12 months expire and are non-refundable. • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled student named at the time of purchase. • Packages may not be shared or split between multiple students.

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance — No charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson — $50 fee. • No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late — Full lesson fee forfeited. • No refunds once instruction has begun. • If the School or instructor must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.

6. REFUND POLICY

• No refunds once instruction has begun. • No refunds on expired or unused packages after the 12-month period. • No refunds on no-shows or late cancellations. • If a lesson does not meet your expectations, contact us immediately. We will redo the lesson with the same or a different instructor, or issue a refund for that single lesson only. This applies to the most recently completed lesson only.

7. STUDENT CONDUCT

• Students must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times during lessons. • Unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the lesson without refund. • All Ages Affordable Driving School reserves the right to refuse service to any student who jeopardizes the safety of themselves, the instructor, or others. • All students must comply with all California Vehicle Code requirements during lessons.

8. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Driving instruction involves inherent risks on public roads, including accidents, injuries, and property damage. Despite the use of dual-control vehicles and DMV-certified instructors, accidents may occur due to other drivers, pedestrians, or unforeseen hazards. By enrolling, students and guardians acknowledge and assume all such risks.

All Ages Affordable Driving School and Ace Behind the Wheel LLC are not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from driving instruction services except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. DMV DISCLAIMER

Completing our driving instruction program does not guarantee passing the California DMV driving test. DMV test outcomes are solely determined by the California DMV examiner on test day. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding DMV test results.

10. DASHCAM & RECORDING

• All school vehicles are equipped with dashcams for safety and dispute resolution purposes only. • Dashcam footage is not shared publicly and is used for internal safety review and dispute resolution only. • Use of identifiable footage for any marketing or promotional purpose requires separate written consent from the student and/or guardian.

11. PRIVACY

• Personal and medical information collected during enrollment is used solely to provide driving instruction services. • Medical disclosures are kept strictly confidential and shared only with your assigned instructor on a need-to-know basis. • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. • To request deletion of your personal information contact info@aplusdrivingoc.com.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from driving instruction services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, per American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Claims must be submitted within one (1) year of the date of the incident. Claims submitted after this period are permanently waived. Governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to aplusdrivingoc.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Students and/or Parent/Guardian must disclose ALL medical conditions, disabilities, psychiatric conditions, allergies, and medications that may affect the student's ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. This includes but is not limited to:

• Seizure disorders, epilepsy, or any condition causing loss of consciousness or blackouts

• Vision or hearing impairments not fully corrected by glasses, contacts, or hearing aids

• Physical disabilities affecting motor control, coordination, limb function, or reaction time

• Cardiovascular conditions that may cause sudden incapacitation (heart conditions, fainting spells)

• Neurological conditions including stroke history, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or tremors

• Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) / Multiple Personality Disorder or any dissociative condition that may cause altered states, personality switches, memory gaps, loss of awareness, or impaired judgment during vehicle operation

• Severe anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or any psychiatric condition that may affect concentration, perception, judgment, or reaction time

• ADHD, cognitive impairment, memory disorders, or any condition affecting sustained concentration

• Diabetes or any condition causing sudden changes in blood sugar that may impair driving

• Any prescription or over-the-counter medications that may cause drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, slowed reaction time, or impaired judgment

• Any history of episodes of confusion, disorientation, dissociation, or loss of awareness while performing tasks requiring full attention

Physician Clearance: Students with any psychiatric, neurological, dissociative, or cardiovascular condition are strongly encouraged to obtain written clearance from their treating physician or mental health provider prior to enrolling in behind-the-wheel instruction. All Ages Affordable Driving School and Ace Behind the Wheel LLC reserve the right to postpone or decline instruction if there is reasonable concern for the safety of the student, instructor, or public.

All Ages Affordable Driving School and Ace Behind the Wheel LLC are not responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from a student's failure to disclose a known medical condition prior to instruction. Medical information disclosed is kept strictly confidential and shared only with the assigned instructor on a need-to-know basis for safety purposes only.
